Growing Well Study

Based at the University of Leeds, the Growing Well Study is dedicated to understanding what young children in England eat—and how this influences their growth and dental health.
We’ll be working with around 2,000 families in Leeds, Doncaster, and East London to gather vital insights into the eating habits of children aged 6 months to 5 years. Starting in January 2026 and ending in June 2027.
If you’re a parent or carer of a child in this age group, we’d love for you to get involved! We welcome all families and are especially keen to include people from a wide range of backgrounds.
